Cleaning the mesh up destroys the vertex ids and you find yourself very often not being able to morph stuff coming from other software. Please make the tools work without so much fuss toward geometry cleanness. I already sculpted it, but I try to freeze (freeze tool/covert to frozen) some regions,I don't know what I made and now I can't sculpt anything on that object.
